Refund policy
The dresses are returnable and exchangeable(excluding customized and sale items ). Generally, the request for return or exchange needs to be put forward within 7 days of receiving the package, depending on the specific circumstances.
Groundless Refund & Exchange
If the customers are not satisfied with the style, fabric, size, or other insignificant factors, we provide a 70% Refund or Exchange without refund for once.
Please put forward your request within 7 days after receiving the package, and the packages must be returned within 15 days after we accept your request.
Defective Exchange
If there are Major on dresses (damaged, stained, deformed, etc.), please contact us directly within 3 Days of receiving, and we will process the request within 1 working day.
Once receive your package and confirm the problem, we will resend the faultless item to you as soon as possible. The Shipping Fees are paid by us in this situation.
No refund will be given for any returned item that does not contain the defect you mentioned.
Important Note:
1.All the dresses are made-to-order and well-checked before packaging. The Return or Exchange Shipping Fee is the responsibility of the Customer, the shipping fee is also non-refundable (except defective exchange).
2.All items received must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with their tags still attached.
3.Refunds will be rejected for any items received with obvious signs of wear, wash, alterations, or missing tags.
4.We cannot afford "Buy-many-keep-one" purchases. Please carefully read the size guide and product details to help you find the perfect piece.
Refund
The Refund process will start after completing the quality checking.
We provide two methods of refund:
(1)The refund will be returned through Paypal to your account. It may take 3-5 working days.
(2)The refund will be returned to your original bank account. It may take 10-15 working days (mainly determined by the bank).
We do not support refunds via other payment methods.
