How to return or exchange the items?

Note: Items must be returned in unused condition with the original packaging.

What items can not return or exchange?

The following items are returnable: Standard-size dresses (except dresses in sale), and most accessories.

What if the item I receive is wrong or defective?

We will issue refund for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items if reported within 3 days of delivery.

You can directly report the issue by sending us the email, describing the appropriate reason, and then adding photos to support your request. After 3 days, we may not be able to process the return and a full refund.

Can I exchange the color or size after receiving it?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges.
